Meet Your Course Instructor

Dr. Hasan Odeh

Dr. Odeh holds two American Board Certifications in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He completed medical school in the University of Sheffield in England. He then trained for 5 years in surgery between Australia and Canada, including assisting in bariatric surgery and the aftercare of bariatric surgery patients. After which he completed his internal medicine residency at Dalhousie University in Canada, and his gastroenterology residency at Queens University in Canada.

Dr. Odeh has been helping people who suffer from obesity & weight management challenges for the past 20 years with great success. The way he does that is by simply empowering people with knowledge through quality, evidence-based education, to the point where his patient feels confident in building his own plan based on their needs. This also allows them to adapt it to their changing lives, which is key in having a healthy, sustainable & long term weight loss strategy.

    This program aims to teach you lifelong skills. By the end of the course, you should feel confident in assessing and taking action on your mental health, nutritional plan and exercise program. You would be able to adapt everything to your specific life circumstances. We start with mental health since it's the root cause of the problem. The program is all evidence based. It was constructed based on almost 3000 research papers, 28 textbooks and expert opinions including psychologists, nutritionists and physical trainers. Everything was compiled by myself, a physician with American Board Certification in internal medicine & training in gastroenterology.

  • Does the program include a nutritional plan?

    The first phase is only targeting mental health. In the second phase we will teach you how to build a nutritional program where you can tweak the intensity in a safe way. You'll effectively become your own nutritional advisor capable of devising yourself a safe, effective & sustainable weight loss plan.
